We understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly, and we aim to make our cancellation process as fair and transparent as possible. By booking any service through CarzNCabs.com, you agree to the following Cancellation Policy.
Customers may cancel their booking by contacting our customer support team through phone, email, or WhatsApp before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellation requests are considered valid only after confirmation from our team. The applicable cancellation charges will depend on the type of booking, the time remaining before the scheduled pickup, and any operational costs already incurred.
For local rides, airport transfers, and corporate bookings, cancellations made well in advance of the scheduled pickup time may qualify for a full or partial refund, subject to administrative and payment gateway charges where applicable. Cancellations made close to the scheduled pickup time may attract cancellation charges, as the vehicle and chauffeur are reserved exclusively for your journey.
For outstation trips, tempo traveller bookings, wedding transportation, luxury vehicle rentals, and long-term corporate transportation contracts, advance payments are generally non-refundable once the vehicle has been allocated and operational arrangements have been completed. However, Carz N Cabs may, at its sole discretion, provide a partial refund or allow rescheduling depending on the circumstances and vehicle availability.
If a customer fails to arrive at the designated pickup location without prior notice or cannot be contacted within a reasonable waiting period, the booking will be treated as a No-Show. In such cases, the booking may be cancelled automatically, and the advance amount or booking charges may be forfeited. Any additional waiting charges beyond the complimentary waiting period shall be payable by the customer.
Customers who wish to modify their booking, including changes to the pickup location, travel date, time, destination, or vehicle type, are requested to inform us as early as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate such requests, all modifications are subject to vehicle availability and may result in additional charges.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Depending on the payment provider or banking institution, the refund may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in the customer’s account. Payment gateway fees, taxes, or other non-refundable charges may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.
Carz N Cabs reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booking due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, civil disturbances, vehicle breakdowns, driver emergencies, or other force majeure events. In such situations, we will make every reasonable effort to provide an alternative vehicle or reschedule the booking. If an alternative arrangement cannot be made, the customer will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid for the booking.
Corporate clients operating under monthly contracts or customized transportation agreements may be subject to separate cancellation terms as specified in their respective service agreements. Such agreements shall prevail over this general Cancellation Policy.
Carz N Cabs reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases involving fraudulent bookings, misuse of promotional offers, violation of our Terms & Conditions, abusive behaviour towards our staff or chauffeurs, or any unlawful activity associated with the booking.
